Solid. That pretty well defines Mel Pardue's design of the Model 720. A clip-point blade shape delivers great versatility making it very functional for a wide variety of activities both inside and outdoors.
The machined aircraft aluminum handle gives the Model 720 it's true "signature" - literally. Sized and shaped to fill the grip yet the perimeters are contoured with facet-like angles to take the edges off while giving the knife a stealth fighter-like appearance. The handles are bead blasted and black anodized for a tough, lasting surface finish. Liners are of 410 stainless steel with recessed finger treads positioned near the front for positive blade control. Dual thumb-studs and the AXIS lock offer a strong, totally ambidextrous function and deliver every bit of it with a "smoothness" like no other.
It's steel carry-clip is movable to either pivot or butt end. And ther whole package is put together with a precise fit and finish to last -worthy to carry the Benchmade name.
